Quality is central to the performance and longevity of a Transformer. At URJA the focus on quality begins with identification of raw materials, regular inspection, testing and validation before it is taken in for production. Creating an excellent environment for production, such as dust free winding chambers, systematic core assembly processes, indigenously developed and designed auto cleaving processes ensure the creation of superior transformers which can measure up to the most rigid inspection checks and tests on a sustained basis.

The process of manufacturing quality transformers is to critically dependent on testing of raw materials, components and the final assembly products. URJA is equipped with the state of art of testing facilities to perform all routine and special tests viz. impulse test, load loss test, high voltage test and heat run test on transformers.

Since 1996, URJAs certification as an ISO 9001 company has positively strengthened its operations for the requirement of an international market. URJAs state of the art facilities have eased its effort to match desired production standards.

At the core of our operations, is a team of management and technical professionals who bring in many years of experience in the design, development and production of a wide range of transformers. The team derives special strength in customizing solutions and this has been instrumental in URJA occupying a niche position in the industry today.

We procure best quality of raw material from the reliable supplier for manufacturing the products. Our team of expert quality control professionals keeps a close vigil in all the stages of production to ensure zero defect products. Prior to delivery, all the products are tested in our in-house laboratory on variety of parameters, assuring high level of performance. We also conduct product inspection to conform that all the specification provided by the clients have been met with precision.
